Eu estive nos foruns pelas ultimas horas respondendo e eu pensei que eu poderia dividir com vocês algumas das respostas a respeito das coisas que estão sendo mais perguntadas nos foruns.,

Quando as datas da turnê irão ser anunciadas?

Nós acreditamos que poderemos anunciá-las no meio da semana que vem.

Aonde vocês irão passar na turnê de Outono?

Esta turnê de Outono irá ser nos EUA e no Canadá. Nós temos planos de fazer turnê fora da Améria do Norte, mas isto não irá acontecer até o próximo ano.

I have been in the forums for the last few hour answering questions and I thought I would share answers to some of the most popular things that are being asked.

When will the Tour Dates Be Announced:
We believe that some time mid next week we will be able to announce the tour dates.

Where will you Tour In the Fall:
This coming Fall tour will only be in the US and Canada.  We do have plans to tour outside of North America but that will not happen till next year.

When will the new album come out:
The new album will not be coming out until next year, some time in the first quarter is what we are thinking,  we planning to spend the rest of this year putting together the partners who will release the album outside the US.

Will the be New Music this year:
We are planning on releasing a new EP with the Fall tour, so there will be something new this year.

Will there still be walks on the Fall tour:
Yes.  We have been busy in the studio working on the new album, and because of that we have not been able to share our plans for the next lap around the world.  We are almost finished and after that much of our attention will be focused on continuing to build off of the work that so many of you have already been a part of.

Also I had some questions about the new site I thought I would just post.

hey.. a friend of mine were talking recently about the PM’s.. and we thought it would be a good idea to have a sent box added to the PM section.. that way we can go back and read what we wrote so we don’t feel stupid when we get a reply back from someone and not remember what we had originally wrote to them. so is that maybe going to be added into the mix?

We have talked about that, but I think it is not going to happen on the first stage of the new site.  We already have a decent size list of even more things we want to improve and add beyond what has already been programmed for the new version. In general we feel like the PM’s need to be made better and better as they seem to fill the role of e-mail better then the e-mail we do now.

Não, nós não esquecemos do aniversário de 1º aninho do filho caçula de Issac e Nikki, o fofo James Monroe Hanson (nome inponente esse!!).
Muita saúde pra essa criança linda e abençoada, pois ele tem uma grande família.

Bom eu estava vendo algumas notícias em alguns sites sobre a turnê nova do Hanson e é isso que consegui até agora =)

Eu estava no backstage após o show do Tinted W. em Chigago quando eu ouvi o Taylor dizer que o Hanson sairá em turnê com o HelloGoodbye este outono. Ele não nos disse isso de primeira, mas alguém continuava a perguntar para ele, e aí ele hesitou mas disse: “você pode conhecelos… eles não são tão bons…. mas é uma banda chamada…. HelloGoodbye.”

Ele não pareceu tão empolgado com isso, mas ele disse que eles vendem muitos ingressos (verdade?) e eles estão empolgados para pegar a estrada. Eu não ouvi ele dizer nada sobre “co-headlining” no entanto ele mencionou que eles não iriam tocar na House of Blues em Chicago este outono (droooga!!).

I was backstage after the Tinted Windows show in Chicago when Taylor said that Hanson will be touring with HelloGoodbye this fall. He didn’t tell us right away but someone kept asking him, then he hesitated and said “you might know them… they’re not that great… but it’s a band called… hellogoodbye.”

He didn’t sound too thrilled about it, but he said they sell a lot of tickets (really?) and they’re excited to get out on the road. I didn’t hear him say anything about “co-headlining” however he did mention they wouldn’t be playing at the House of Blues in Chicago this fall (bummer!!).

No mesmo site há outro post que confirma esta parceria na turnê. O site Developing Artist Booking (um site de agencimento de bandas americano) tem uma lista de shows para o outono, e ao lado do Hanson está o HelloGoodbye, então tudo que falta é a confirmação da banda para que este rumor se torne verdade.

We were all in the studio working today when all the sudden all our phones started going off. One friend wrote. “Michael Jackson just died from a heart attack!! … My childhood just died”. None of us could believe this.

It is difficult to think of a more significant loss from the passing of an icon, than that of Michael Jackson. His entire 40 year career has been one of the greatest inspirations to our music. In the early part of our career he and his brothers helped motivate us to pursue music regardless of our age. He was an unequaled talent who set the bar for how music can effect the world, we join the millions of music fans, mourning the passing of this true great!

ABC….123!!!

Sim, está difícil de acreditar, mas a muitos meses eu vinha acompanhando em sites algumas coisas sobre ele. Ele estava sofrendo com Câncer de pele, e todos sabemos que quando o assunto é câncer é muito delicado.
Fiquei sabendo apenas hoje pela manhã, confesso que fiquei perplexa por alguns minutos vendo toda aquela repercussão na tv.

Michael era polêmico, chocou o mundo com a mudança de pele, ele se tornou outra pessoa com o passar dos tempos. Uma criança negra (linda) se tornou um adulto de pele claríssima, quase irreconhecível.

Mas deixando isso de lado, ele foi o tipo de cara que nunca ninguém jamais chegará nem perto da originalidade dele. Ele foi ousado em seu jeito de dançar, de deslizar pelo palco daquele jeito diferente.

Enfim, tudo o que tinha para ser dito sobre ele, todo mundo já falou.
Mas Michael partiu muito cedo, com apenas 50 anos. Talvez, se ele tivesse aceitado a sua condição racial, ele estaria, hoje, ativo, cantando e encantado o mundo com suas músicas e danças. É uma perda irreparável. Que Deus o receba nas portas do céu, e que ele continue vivo na lembrança de cada fã, que permança na imortalidade!!

Ah, e bem no finalzinho o Isaac fala sobre o novo layout do site deles que será lançado nos próximos meses.

Ah ele também tem um momento “Oscar” aonde explica sua demora para atualizar o Hotline e se compromete a atualizar mais … de um modo, digamos,  muito “isaac de ser”.

This new “supergroup” is the kind of band much of SXSW’s jaded industry crowd would probably never admit to liking, but it was unmistakable how much they perked up to their first blasts of buzzy power-pop during their set at this year’s festival. Visually, the band makes no sense at all. To one side of the stage, there’s the white-haired James Iha, radiating alternative cool; to the other, the eternally frumpy Adam Schlesinger of Fountains of Wayne, looking like he just wandered up on stage from the media tent. In the back, there’s Cheap Trick goofball Bun E. Carlos, happily bashing away, and up in front, it’s Taylor Hanson, dressed like Simon Le Bon. But somehow, musically, all the elements gel, and the whole thing winds up sounding like Smashing Pumpkins for the Miley Cyrus crowd. With Locksley.
